What is Orchard Grocer?
Orchard Grocer is New York City's vegan deli and grocery located on the Lower East Side. We serve made-to-order breakfast sandwiches, deli sandwiches, wraps, salads, pastries, coffee, soft serve, and house-made specialties, while also stocking one of NYC's largest selections of plant-based groceries.
Is everything at Orchard Grocer vegan?
Yes! Every item we serve and sell is 100% vegan. That means no meat, dairy, eggs, or other animal products - just seriously delicious food.
Do you have gluten-free options?
Yes. Many of our sandwiches, wraps, salads, desserts, and sides are gluten-free or can be made gluten-free.
Are your products soy-free?
Some are! While many items contain soy, we also offer numerous soy-free options. Just ask our staff.
Are your products nut-free?
Some menu items contain tree nuts. Please let us know about any allergies before ordering.
Can you accommodate allergies?
Yes. We do our best to accommodate gluten-free and other dietary needs whenever possible. Please let us know about any allergies when placing your order.
Do you use palm oil?
We avoid palm oil whenever possible and prioritize more sustainable ingredients throughout our menu and grocery selection.

Do you serve breakfast?
Yes! We serve breakfast all day, every day.
What are your most popular sandwiches?
Some customer favorites include: The Bowery, The Monty, The Miles, The Chick'n Caesar Wrap, The Romey, The Rocko Club. These are some of our best-selling menu items year-round.
Do you make your own meats and cheeses?
Yes! Many of our sandwiches feature our own house-made seitan and yuba-based meats, and vegan cheeses. We even sell our seitan in our retail fridges!
Do you serve coffee?
Yes. We serve coffee, espresso drinks, tea, and seasonal beverages.
Do you have vegan soft serve?
Yes! We rotate seasonal vegan soft serve flavors and sundaes throughout the year.
Do you offer catering?
Yes! We cater office lunches, meetings, birthdays, parties, and special events. We kindly ask tha you place catering orders at least 48 hours in advance, though larger events may require additional notice.
Is there seating?
Yes. We offer limited indoor seating, and many guests also enjoy taking their food to nearby parks or neighborhood spots.
